Job Description

As a Part-Time Residential Property Knowledge Lawyer you will be responsible for:

  • Providing specialist residential property law advice to clients.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to residential property matters.
  • Training and mentoring junior team members.
  • Overseeing compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Residential Property Knowledge Lawyer should have:

  • Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience practising residential property law.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Great organisational and time management abilities.
