Residential structuring and development for both multi-family and single-family housing.Candidates should be alive to current changes in the legislative regime (Renters' Rights Bill) and Tenants' Fees Act and rules around deposits, How to Rent, Gas Safety etc.The Successful ApplicantA successful Residential Development Solicitor should have previous experience of dealing with Residential Development matters.
