Job Description

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion.
  • Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process.
  • Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes within the conveyancing team.



The Successful Applicant

  • A solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Proficient in managing a diverse caseload independently.
  • Well-versed in current property laws and regulations.
  • An excellent communicator with strong client relationship skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational abilities.
