Job Description

  • Manage and plan the schedule of repair and maintenance works.
  • Ensure all works are carried out efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Assign tasks to team members and monitor their progress.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
  • Manage the repair budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Address any customer complaints or issues related to repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on repair and maintenance activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Repairs Planner should have:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
  • Experience in managing repair and maintenance works.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise tasks.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the property industry.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
