Job Description

This is a field-based role covering the North UK region, focused on direct B2B sales to medical professionals and registered clinics. You'll play a key role in driving growth and building long-term relationships with healthcare providers.

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow your client base across the North UK.
  • Identify and engage new clients, including private clinics, medical centres, and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions, ensuring clients understand the value and application of the technology.
  • Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sale support.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow internal sales processes.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.



The Successful Applicant

  • B2B sales experience, with a proven track record overachieving vs sales targets. ideally in medical devices, healthcare, or clinical services.
  • Experience selling to licensed clinicians, doctors, or registered medical practices is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Valid driving licence required.
  • Comfortable with regular travel across the North UK and occasional national events.
