Job Description

  • Lead financial operations across Germany, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to support regional and global business strategies.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and corporate governance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial performance.
  • Manage audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
  • Provide financial insights to senior management for informed decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Financial Controller - Germany should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting, such as ACA
  • Proven experience in financial management within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
  • Strong knowledge of German financial regulations and tax laws.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Fluency in both English and German.
