Job Description

  • Leading recruitment for intern and early careers programmes
  • Managing hiring across corporate services functions including ICT, Marketing, Finance, FOH, and Business Services
  • Liaising with agencies, overseeing deployment, and managing screening and selection
  • Driving social media content, employer branding, and attraction strategies
  • Supporting DE&I initiatives and helping to build inclusive, diverse pipelines
  • Contributing to strategic projects and working with ambiguity

What's on Offer

Reporting into the Head of Talent, you'll partner closely with internal stakeholders and play a key role in shaping the employer brand and attraction strategy. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to broader talent initiatives, including social media, EVP, DE&I, and building diverse talent pipelines.

This is a permanent opportunity, and the salary expectations are from £55,000 + depending on experience but will look at £60,000.
