Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting top-tier tech talent with leading businesses. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, while actively developing new business
  • Understanding client hiring needs and delivering strategic, consultative recruitment solutions
  • Negotiating commercial terms to establish strong, value-driven partnerships

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle - from first contact through to placement

The Successful Applicant
