Job Description

  • Managing rent arrears recovery, working closely with tenants to ensure payments are made promptly and regularly.
  • Enforcing tenancy conditions to maintain the high standard of housing provision.
  • Liaising with external agencies and legal teams when necessary.
  • Providing regular reports on recovery and enforcement activities.
  • Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to the development of strategic initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation within the property industry.
  • Assisting with the implementation of new policies and procedures within the department.
  • Providing support to other members of the Secretarial & Business Support team as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Recovery and Enforcement individual should have:

  • A solid background in the Property industry, particularly in the area of housing.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on rent recovery and tenancy enforcement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with tenants, colleagues, and external agencies.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce accurate reports.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations within the Property industry.
