Job Description

  • Lead and manage the recoveries team within the Accounting & Finance Department
  • Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Monitor the performance of recovery activities and provide reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline recovery processes.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and legal counsel.
  • Provide training and support to team members.
  • Continually identify opportunities for process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Recoveries Manager' should have:

  • Experience or knowledges of insolvency and debt recovery
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of debt recovery regulations and procedures.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
