Job Description

  • Greeting clients and visitors warmly while maintaining a professional demeanour.
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintaining the reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring they are set up appropriately.
  • Providing administrative support to the secretarial and business support team as needed.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries promptly.
  • Updating client records and internal databases with attention to detail.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc duties to support the smooth operation of the office.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Receptionist should have:
