Job Description

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently, taking accurate messages when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and maintain calendars for key staff members.
  • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with filing and maintaining organised records, both digital and physical.
  • Support event planning and organisation as required by the team.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Receptionist/Admin should have:

  • Previous experience in reception or administrative roles within an office environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with staff and visitors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • A professional attitude and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Flexibility to support a range of administrative duties as needed.
