Job Description

As the Receptionist in London, you will:

  • Handle inbound calls and redirect them to the appropriate department.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails, letters and packages.
  • Organise and maintain reception area.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients and visitors.
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as filing and copying.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Help ensure spaces are kept clean and tidy
  • Help set up new work spaces

The Successful Applicant

A successful Receptionist should have:

  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work 5 days a week from a London office
