Job Description

A great Receptionist;

  • Manages the front desk, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
  • Handles incoming calls and correspondence, routing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Organises and schedules appointments and meetings as required.
  • Maintains office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Assists the Business Support department with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assists in the ordering and management of office supplies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Receptionist should have:

  • A high level of customer service skills and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality concerning financial and employee information.
