Job Description

  • Greet and assist visitors and patients upon arrival
  • Manage appointments and patient records
  • Respond to patient inquiries in person or over the phone
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Handle mail and deliveries
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Receptionist should have:
