Job Description

  • Provide an excellent Receptionist service
  • Meet and greet visitors and staff
  • Handle all incoming calls and mail
  • Manage couriers, incoming and outgoing post
  • Support estate and faciltiies team
  • HR support, supporting with offer letters, contracts, new starters

The Successful Applicant

  • Previously worked as a receptionist
  • Previous HR admin or strong administrative skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proactive, able to manage multiple priorities
