Job Description

The Real Estate Solicitor will get involved in a range of work and responsibilities including;

  • Providing legal advice on a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, large development projects and corporate support.
  • Working with clients across a broad range of sectors including logistics and retail
  • Supporting Partners and senior fee earners on larger transactions
  • Managing asset management for corporate clients
  • Helping on business development



The Successful Applicant

The successful Real Estate Solicitor should have / be;

  • Qualified solicitor likely to be around 2-4 years PQE
  • A track record in Real Estate gained from a regional, national or international law firm
  • Experience dealing with asset management work
  • Ties to Leeds
  • Strong academics
  • An interest to work for a large law firm
