Job Description

The Senior Real Estate Solicitor will:

  • Lead and develop the Commercial Property team in Ilkley
  • Advise public and private sector clients on development and investment projects
  • Take an active approach to business development and client relationship management
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of the office to drive the firm's growth in the region
  • Manage and mentor junior lawyers, fostering a collaborative team environment



The Successful Applicant

The Senior Real Estate Solicitor should have / be;

  • At least 5 years' plus PQE in commercial real estate law
  • Experience in advising on development and investment projects
  • Strong business development skills and a proactive approach to client relationships
  • Experience in managing and mentoring junior lawyers
  • A network of contacts within the commercial property sector is advantageous
  • Strong academics
