Job Description



  • Handling acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties for major clients.


  • Advising on land acquisitions for high-profile development projects.


  • Managing lease agreements and leasehold portfolios for corporate occupiers and landlords.


  • Acting for banks and financial institutions in property finance transactions.


  • Collaborating closely with colleagues across departments to provide seamless client service.

The Successful Applicant



  • A solicitor or equivalent with relevant post-qualification experience in real estate law. Or, a seat in real estate during traineeship.


  • A clear and confident communicator with the ability to provide practical, jargon-free advice.


  • Able to work both independently and within a team to deliver top-tier legal services.


  • Skilled in building strong client relationships and understanding their commercial needs.


  • Proactive, ambitious, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
