Job Description



  • Managing acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties.


  • Overseeing land acquisitions for development purposes.


  • Handling lease management on behalf of landlords.


  • Managing leasehold portfolios for corporate occupiers.



The Successful Applicant



  • Experienced in commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals. If you are an NQ, we are looking for at least a seat in commercial property.


  • Proficient in lease management for both landlords and corporate occupiers.


  • Knowledgeable in land acquisition for development and related finance transactions.
