Job Description

The Real Estate Solicitor will be:

  • Managing a diverse range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant, investment, and asset management
  • Advising clients on real estate finance and development projects
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Working on high-value and complex matters for clients across multiple sectors
  • Supporting senior lawyers and providing guidance to junior team members

The Successful Applicant

The Real Estate Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor with at least 1 years PQE in commercial property law
  • Experience in handling real estate finance, development, landlord and tenant, and investment matters
  • A strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills
  • Able to manage a varied caseload and work under pressure
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
