Job Description

The Real Estate Solicitor will pick up a range of work including;

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of real estate cases.
  • Dealing with investment, development (both commercial and residential), Landlord & Tenant and property finance work.
  • Maintaining client relationships and providing excellent customer service.
  • Supporting the Partners on complex deals whilst managing your own caseload of files
  • Helping with junior team members.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Real Estate Solicitor should have:

  • A track record in Real Estate work gained from a recognised law firm
  • Confidence in handling your own files
  • Likely to be around 3-8 years PQE
  • Ties to Leeds
  • Strong academics
  • An interest to work for a large regional law firm
  • Excellent negotiation and client management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
