Real Estate Senior Associate

As a Real Estate Senior Associate you will become part of established client teams, acting for a wide number of occupier and investor clients. You will have day-to-day conduct of matters and take an active role in managing client relationships as well as carrying out business development.

• Ensures proper processes are followed in relation to client and matter opening, seeks to ensure the smooth running of matters in accordance with good practice
• Works at both a strategic and operational level with clients
• Delivery exceeds client's expectations and seeks opportunities to provide innovative solutions
• Leads the day-to-day contact with clients and is an active participant in the client service team for a sector priority client, or Top Tier client relationship
• Coaches, motivates, provides developmental feedback for the team
