Job Description

The Real Estate Partner will be:

  • Leading the development and growth of the firm's real estate practice in the North East.
  • Managing a range of high-value real estate matters across various sectors.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships while expanding the client base.
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to implement strategic business development initiatives.
  • Recruiting and growing a team
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members once recruited, ensuring a positive and productive team environment.



The Successful Applicant

The Real Estate Partner should be:

  • A qualified solicitor with 8+ years' PQE in real estate law, ideally with experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of business development and client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of the North East real estate market.
  • Ideally already working as a Partner at a large law firm in Newcastle
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead a growing team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
