Job Description

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing real estate documents and contracts.
  • Conduct property and client-related research.
  • Coordinate and manage real estate transactions and closings.
  • Organise and maintain legal documents and files.
  • Communicate with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in transactions.
  • Support the legal team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Real Estate Paralegal should have:

  • A degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in commercial real estate.
  • Proficiency in using legal research databases.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in real estate law or transactions.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team.
