Job Description

The Real Estate Litigation Paralegal will:



  • Assist Partner in managing a caseload of real estate disputes


  • Draft legal documents and correspondence


  • Conduct legal research and analysis


  • Liaise with clients and third parties


  • Support the Partner in trial preparation and strategy

The Successful Applicant

The Real Estate Litigation Paralegal should have:



  • At least 12 months' experience in real estate litigation


  • Strong drafting and research skills


  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities


  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work
