Job Description

The Real Estate Legal Director will be:

  • Advising major corporate clients on high-profile investment and development transactions
  • Leading a team within a highly rated real estate department
  • Managing complex legal matters with a focus on strategy and client relations
  • Playing a pivotal role in business development and client management
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior lawyers within the team
  • Supporting the Partners in the team



The Successful Applicant

The Real Estate Legal Director should be:

  • A solicitor with 7+ years PQE in real estate law, particularly in investment and development work
  • Experienced in advising high-profile corporate clients
  • A strong leader with excellent team management and mentoring skills
  • Able to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Knowledgeable in commercial property law, with an ability to handle complex matters
  • An interest to work for a global law firm
