Job Description

  • Advising on real estate matters for energy & infrastructure projects.
  • Managing transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, and disposals.
  • Providing strategic legal advice to clients in the energy sector.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the firm.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance for major projects.



The Successful Applicant

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 8+ years PQE in real estate law.
  • Experienced in energy-related property transactions.
  • Confident in handling complex, high-value deals.
  • Knowledgeable about energy sector regulations and commercial risks.
  • A strong communicator with excellent client-facing skills.
