Real Estate Disputes Solicitor

As a Real Estate Disputes Solicitor you will work closely with the team nationally and will be involved in high value and complex legal cases, working on your own case load with support where required from senior team members but also working as part of a team for larger projects. You will also work, alongside other team members, with colleagues in our national Restructuring and Insolvency team, acting for Law of Property Act Receivers and high street banks dealing with both insolvency-related property litigation and high value complex mortgage litigation. Given the nature of the role, you will be highly organised and be able to work pragmatically. You must be technically excellent with relevant market experience and will be required to support colleagues with the continued development and growth of this successful team.
