Job Description

Assist the underwriting, structuring, and execution of real estate debt investments

Underwrite and manage credit risk using established credit rating methodologies.

Liaise and coordinate with legal and other advisors

Maintain complex financial models to analyse cash flows, collateral values, and performance scenarios.

Supporting deal sourcing and structuring of new deals

The Successful Applicant

Experience in financial services essential

Track record in structured finance

Experience in real estate finance preferred

Strong credit skills essential

Strong financial modelling skills essential

Good knowledge of fixed income preferred
