Job Description

  • Leading and supervising the Quality Assurance team.
  • Ensuring all products meet the required quality standards.
  • Implementing and managing quality control systems.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to improve product quality.
  • Addressing customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.
  • Training staff on quality assurance procedures.
  • Preparing and presenting quality reports to senior management.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of quality management systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Deputy Quality Manager should have:

  • An academic background in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role within the FMCG industry.
  • Expertise in quality control systems and standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
