Our client are a leading global QSR brand. They are seeking a Quality Manager who can oversee and make improvements, adhering & monitoring Food Safety, traceability, etc. This is a very hands on roll and will need someone who will support the Technical Manager in the day to day runnings of the factory.

They are seeking a Quality Manager who can oversee and make improvements to the day-to-day QA, Food Safety, traceability, etc. This is a very hands on roll and will need someone who will support the Technical Manager in the day to day running's of the factory.

Job Description

  • You will report into the Technical Manager
  • Over see a team of 2
  • Handle customer Complaints
  • Internal auditing
  • Supplier auditing
  • Work closely with the hygiene team

The Successful Applicant

  • BRC audit experience
  • Food Science Degree
  • Internal auditing experience
  • Supplier auditing experience
  • HACCP Level 3
  • Able to work on the manufacturing site 5 days a week
  • 06:00 start and 17:00 finish typically
