Job Description

  • Lead the development and implementation of quality management systems.
  • Monitor and manage product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Coordinate with other departments to achieve quality objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
  • Handle customer complaints, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Train and mentor staff in quality management principles and practices.
  • Report on quality performance and initiatives to senior management.

A successful Quality Manager should have:
