Job Description

  • Develop and lead the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and other industry standards.
  • Drive cultural transformation by coaching and mentoring teams, embedding quality principles across all levels.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce defects, and enhance product reliability.
  • Utilise data analysis to identify trends, prioritize improvements, and communicate performance metrics to leadership.

What We Are Looking For

This role demands a hands-on leader who can navigate complexity, communicate effectively, and inspire teams.Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a Quality leadership role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Expertise in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards.
  • Experience managing audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement initiatives, preferably with Lean or Six Sigma certification.



Desirable

  • Experience in bespoke, engineer-to-order manufacturing or construction.
  • ERP system implementation experience.

Location & Flexibility This role is based onsite in Waterlooville, with flexibility for occasional ad hoc arrangements. As this is a manufacturing environment, close proximity to the production floor is essential.
