Implement solutions to enhance quality, reduce defects, and optimise performance.Investigate product failures or process issues using tools like Fishbone Diagrams, 5 Whys, or FMEA to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality specifications. Perform audits and monitor supplier performance to mitigate risks in the supply chain.Maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities, test results, and corrective actions.
