Job Description

  • Manage procurement systems, ensuring data accuracy and system effectiveness.
  • Analyse and optimise the procurement process to ensure efficiency.
  • Provide reports and data analysis to support strategic decision making.
  • Work collaboratively with the Procurement & Supply Chain team to meet department objectives.
  • Support the development and implementation of new procurement systems.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations.
  • Liaise with suppliers and negotiate contracts as required.
  • Regularly review and update procurement policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Purchasing & Systems Analyst' should have:

  • Experience working with SAP Ariba
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent knowledge of procurement systems and processes.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of healthcare industry regulations related to procurement.
