Job Description

  • Processing invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintaining up-to-date financial records.
  • Reconciling purchase orders, invoices and statements.
  • Handling queries and concerns related to payments.
  • Assisting in month-end procedures.
  • Supporting the Accounting & Finance department in ad hoc tasks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Purchase Ledger should have:

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
