• Manage and oversee the entire accounts payable department
• Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines
• Provide monthly financial and management reports
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage the AP team
• Ensure timely resolution of significant issues from the internal and external audit findings
• Manage and track company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget and management authorisations
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with other departments and groups
