Michael Page is supporting a market leading organisation with their recruitment of a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their accountancy team on a 12 month FTC. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work within a team of 6 to help deliver key outcomes within a project.
  • Role starting after Easter
  • Hybrid role based in Hedge End

About Our Client

Our client is a marketing leading organisation, given the start of a new project within the business, they need additional help. Situated in Hedge End, the modernised offices are easily accessible via public transport as well as being close to the M27. You will be required to go into the office on a hybrid basis.

Job Description

As the Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing high volumes of invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Matching and coding of POs
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Liaising internally with other teams where appropriate

In order to be considered for the Purchase Ledger Assistant role, you must be able to do most, if not all, of the above.
