Job Description

The Property Paralegal will be:



  • Managing both residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish (e.g., drafting documents, SDLT, post-completion)


  • Liaising with clients, agents, solicitors and lenders to support smooth property workflows


  • Working independently on files while supporting solicitors with more complex matters


  • Contributing to business development through client communication and marketing initiatives


  • Operating with confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail

The Successful Applicant

The Property Paralegal should be:



  • A paralegal or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in residential and commercial property matters-ideally both, including purchases, sales, leases, SDLT, and post-completion processes


  • Accurate and detail-oriented in document drafting and file management


  • A strong communicator, confident in liaising with multiple stakeholders


  • Able to manage workload proactively-and willing to support business development activities


  • Comfortable working flexibly on a part or full-time basis
