Job Description

The Property Litigation Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;

  • Handling a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, and lease renewals.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients on property-related conflicts and risk mitigation.
  • Working with the Head of Property in Leeds and the wider Property group in London
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and repeat business.
  • Contribute to business development efforts through participation in networking events and legal seminars.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Property Litigation Solicitor should have / be;

  • Strong academic qualifications in law and admission as a solicitor in England and Wales.
  • Experience managing a caseload of property litigation matters and likely to have around 1 to 3 years PQE.
  • Likely to be coming from a large regional, national or international law firm.
  • Ties to Yorkshire
