Job Description

Key responsibilities for the Projects and Events Manager:

  • Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact for customers, developing and maintaining relationships at a senior level.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure consistent high-quality service delivery across projects and events.
  • Project & Event Management: Oversee campaigns, strategic partnerships, and the planning, curation, and implementation of events.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and support internal teams and contractors, driving performance and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Strategic Alignment: Work to promote the company's goals and increase brand visibility through successful event execution.
  • Budget & Contract Management: Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure financial constraints are met.
  • Communication: Foster relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear communication.
  • Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level client contacts, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve service issues, addressing potential problems early.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety legislation laid down by the company.
