They work Northamptonshire and they work on a wide variety of planned maintenance works across high-rise/low rise properties.Job DescriptionYour role will involve:Working alongside the commercial team to ensure all commercial elements of the job are in place and adhered to, allowing the projects to run as smoothly as possibleNegotiation with clients and the supply chainRelationship buildingLiaising with the client and contractorsThe Successful ApplicantIdeally you will already have experience working in a similar role and have knowledge and understanding of construction contracts, BoQs and Schedule of rates as well as working on frameworks and closely with the client and local authorities.
