About Our Client

Public sector client who have several locations across the Northamptonshire area including Kettering and Corby. Looking for ongoing support within their Housing and Repair Team

Job Description

* Assisting with Acquisitions

* Working within the Housing and Acquisitions Team

* Managing acquisitions across the County

* Working as part of the wider team but also on your own initiative

The Successful Applicant

* Strong Admin and Project Officer experience

* Ideally a background from an Estate Agents would be beneficial

* Working knowledge of the Housing Purchase Process

* Excellent Communication and Organisational skills

* Able to work on site in Kettering but also willing to travel within the County as required

What's on Offer

* Ongoing interim contract - for up to 6/12 months with possible extension/perm contract

* £20/Hour inc Holiday Pay (possibly negotiable tbc)

* Full Time 37 Hours/Week

* Start ASAP
