  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

  • Oversee the project team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop project budgets and manage costs effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
