As a Project Finance PSL you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert knowledge in project finance legal matters.
  • Developing and maintaining professional development resources for the legal team.
  • Staying updated with changes in project finance laws and regulations.
  • Promoting the firm's reputation by ensuring client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Finance PSL should have:

  • Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
  • Deep industry knowledge across Energy, Transport and associated Infrastructure.
  • Several years' experience of practising as a finance lawyer, ideally with project finance experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
