We are seeking a dedicated Project Accountant with a keen eye for detail and strong financial acumen to join our property department. This role will involve comprehensive project accounting tasks including budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis and financial reporting.

Job Description

  • Oversee budgeting and financial forecasting for property projects
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed cost reports
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with project teams to optimise financial performance
  • Contribute to financial decision-making processes
  • Maintain accurate financial records and provide regular reports
  • Assist in the development of internal financial policies and procedures
  • Provide financial advice and support to project teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Accountant should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
