Job Description

Programme Specialist EMEA, Reading

  • Act as the interface between Sales and Operations to define demand and supply plans
  • Coordinate and manage customer service programmes across the EMEA region.
  • Develop detailed forecasts for planning meetings
  • Manage customer product portfolios and ensure data accuracy across systems
  • Coordinate onboarding of new tools/products, ensuring compliance with internal processes
  • Handle customer escalations and bulk order distributions
  • Support tool and equipment programmes, including warranty and dealer distributions
  • Liaise with internal teams to manage inventory and shipping logistics
  • Monitor programme performance and support continuous improvement initiative
  • Monitor programme performance and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery processes.
