Job Description

  • Lead communication and cultural activities to promote productivity, such as "Mission Productivity," to change mindsets around the importance of productivity.
  • Change Management in large matrix organisations
  • Create and manage communication channels (e.g., SharePoint, Airtime) to highlight successes and demonstrate the value of productivity initiatives.
  • Establish recognition and reward systems to celebrate productivity achievements.
  • Conduct regular employee sentiment surveys to gauge the effectiveness of productivity initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with the wider team and global colleagues to identify training and development needs to drive a successful productivity agenda.
  • Perform gap analyses to assess organisational capability and create a plan to address training and skills development needs.
  • Develop and execute training programs related to LEAN Six Sigma, Project Management, Digital Skills, and other relevant areas.
  • Mentor productivity project leads and managers in the application of productivity methodologies.
  • Work with finance, business, and functional heads to set and monitor behavioural and capability targets for the organisation.
  • Ensure that processes and culture are aligned with modern best practices and external trends.



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong networking skills and the ability to create and maintain a network of resources and contacts.
  • Proven change management expertise.
  • Passion for working with and influencing others to drive change and improvement.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and other IT platforms, and willing to learn new tools to facilitate training and communication.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and handle uncertainty or change effectively.
  • Experience in Six Sigma, LEAN, Scrum methodologies, and digitisation.
  • Experience in training or employee communications.
  • Ability to work with integrity and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
