In this role, you will steer productivity initiatives across assigned functions, acting as an internal consultant to identify, sponsor, and deliver improvement programs. You will help shape a culture of continuous improvement and ensure the organisation achieves challenging cost and growth targets.

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain a continuous pipeline of productivity improvements for your assigned function or business unit.
  • Partner with leadership teams to implement projects aligned with organisational goals and strategic objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth audits of cost structures, systems, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate idea generation events, innovation workshops, and best practice replication across the organisation.
  • Support advanced methods like Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile to enable faster, data-driven decision-making.
  • Measure and report progress against productivity goals, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
  • Act as a consultant and sponsor for key projects, identifying risks and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
  • Coach and mentor project managers and productivity leads to enhance their impact and effectiveness.
  • Lead selective high-impact or cross-functional projects and programs as required.
  • Drive the adoption of a continuous improvement mindset through training, webinars, and thought leadership.



Key Stakeholders

  • Functional heads, particularly in production and distribution.
  • Productivity program leads (Green & Yellow Belts).
  • Finance, global, and regional productivity contacts.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong financial and analytical acumen with experience building business and investment cases.
  • Certified in Six Sigma (Green Belt required, Black Belt preferred) or Lean methodologies.
  • Proven project management expertise with certifications such as Scrum Master preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate opportunities into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Track record of managing change and fostering collaborative relationships.
  • Agile and comfortable working with uncertainty.
  • Commitment to inclusivity and integrity in the workplace.
